How to Get Money to Start a Business?

There are litterally hundreds of grants for starting a small business. Most grants require that you be a US citizen; however, if you do have a business partner who is American, you can still apply for grants for starting a business. After launching a pumps shoes website, I decided to apply for grant money on grants.gov to receive capital for marketing.
